About Our Ministry in Israel | 21 Forward Ministry

What we bring to your church

Strengthen the people
who carry your mission.

A visiting ministry should help your church move forward. We work alongside pastors and local teams, with respect for their leadership, context and vision.

01 / MAKE DISCIPLES

Biblical teaching & discipleship

Help believers connect Scripture with daily life, grow in spiritual maturity and learn to mentor others. Our approach follows a path from disciple to mentor, and from mentor to someone who can equip others.

Build a clear biblical foundation for Christian life.
Develop responsibility, character and consistent spiritual practice.
Help your church build a culture of discipleship that continues beyond a course.

We discuss the stage of your church’s discipleship process before recommending a format.

02 / DEVELOP LEADERS

Pastors, leaders & teams

Practical teaching and mentoring for pastors, ministry leaders and teams. We help people connect their calling with the responsibilities of caring for others and building healthy ministry.

Recognise and develop gifts within the local church.
Strengthen accountability, communication and shared responsibility.
Equip leaders to raise other leaders and sustain ministry through change.

The focus is on strengthening your local leadership and supporting the vision of the host church.

03 / REACH THE NEXT GENERATION

Youth ministry & young leaders

Equip young people to take an active part in the life and mission of the church. Our youth direction brings together spiritual growth, mentoring, worship and practical opportunities to serve.

Encourage young leaders to develop character and responsibility.
Help youth mentors build relationships and pass on faith.
Explore gatherings, workshops and leadership development suited to your young people.

We value young people as participants and emerging leaders, with pastoral care and accountability.

04 / SHARE THE GOSPEL

Evangelism & mission

Develop a thoughtful approach to sharing the gospel through personal relationships and team ministry.

Communicate the good news clearly and respectfully.
Connect outreach with discipleship and the life of the local church.
Prepare people to serve across cultural and language boundaries.

05 / EQUIP FOR MULTIPLICATION

Church planting & training

Explore how your church can equip people to begin new groups, ministries and churches. Our training approach includes tools from Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI).

Connect vision with practical planning and team development.
Build on a healthy local church and pastoral foundation.
Discuss training suited to the needs and readiness of your leaders.

06 / WALK WITH PEOPLE

Mentoring & ongoing growth

Support people as they grow in faith and responsibility. Mentoring creates room for honest conversation, guidance and mature decisions.

Develop relationships based on trust and accountability.
Help leaders reflect on challenges, direction and next steps.
Explore individual, group and online formats together.

Let’s discuss the format that fits your church: a church service, leadership workshop, youth gathering, conference session or a series of teaching and mentoring meetings.

Who we are

Rooted in Israel.
Committed to the local church.

21 Forward Ministry is based in Rishon Le Zion, Israel. Our focus is discipleship, leadership and multiplication: helping people become mature, accountable and able to equip others.

We serve with pastoral care and respect for the local church. We seek to strengthen existing ministries and build relationships that continue beyond a single event.

Our understanding of ministry brings together pastoral care, Bible teaching, evangelism and the development of gifts in the Body of Christ. Spiritual maturity and accountability provide the foundation for people to serve with confidence and responsibility.

Our origin in Israel is the context from which we serve. What we bring to an international church is biblical teaching, pastoral experience and a commitment to equip people in their own calling.
